Processing

The machining is done on lathes with cinematically and digitally operated, with omni directional cutting machines, finishers, drills, toothed cutting and copy cutting machines. Very high requirements are met such as: smoothness and accuracy which are characteristic of the precise production of the machine-tools.
They meet the requirement of roughness according to DIN 3141. The production list of the mechanically produced details includes as follows:

- A top of a bearing;
- Hand wheel (fly wheel);
- Toothed wheel with straight teeth up to m=3.5 mm;
-Strap wheels for trapezium-shaped straps with diameter from 60 mm to 400 mm, with channels of the type: A, B, C, D, (DIN 2217);
-Sleeves and flanges;
-Flanges with cartridge chamber with centralizing cone according to DIN 6352;
-Prismatic details and spare parts for the general needs of the machine production.
